Eric von Schledorn Ford is seeking a reliable and organized Mobile Service Coordinator to join our team in Random Lake, Wisconsin. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

 Job Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for customers at remote locations during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient mobile service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and service details using our scheduling software.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the Eric von Schledorn Ford experience.

 Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working with scheduling software and basic office technology.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel to remote locations may be required).
• Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus but not required.
